Ok I just installed my H&S mini maxx, S&B intake system, Sinister egr delete, MBRP CAT and DPF delete race pipe. On Wednesday 5/16/2012. So far I absolutely love it, as of the moment I am running it on the +250 tune (default Hot) when empty. I will continue to run it on this tune while unloaded. I have taken 2 long trips around 600 miles each. Before the delete I was getting an hand calculated 10.5 mpg (mixed driving) and after I am getting hand calculated 16.5 mpg (mixed driving). The install of the MBRP delete pipe was very easy, However the install of the egr block off plates resulted in a few busted knuckles but still was fairly easy.
The S&B intake system was also a breeze to install. The install of all the above took me about 2.5 hours.
The power increase was phenomenal the truck is a whole new animal. I would highly suggest this set up for anyone with the 6.4l. I now have the peace of mind that my truck should be much more reliable. Please feel free to ask any questions about the above upgrades if you need any info. I thought the H&S products have a option within the tuner to leave the EGR closed.

Why would you also install a egr delete? Do you need a waste gate now?I thought that from the factory these trucks 'waste gate' into the EGR??I am trying to decide between the SCT Livewire and H&S XRT Pro for my 6.4 and then repair the exhaust restriction.I would Do the H&S, but its really up to you which tuner you want. I would spring the extra 200 dollars for the Mini Maxx instead of the XRT pro reason being is the mini maxx has all the digital gauges built in where as the xrt pro doesn't. How do you do the EGR delete? I'm guessing through the drivers side wheel, does the fender liner have to be removed? Does the kit come with good instructions or do theY expect that I would know what the heck I was doing?
